Mycetophyllia lamarckiana

(Milne Edwards 1848)
This species forms small round mounds, not plates, usually light brown or grey, more rarely green or brown.

It is meandroid, with ridges going all across the colony surface. It forms plates, valleys are wide with more than 1 calice between ridges, and valleys are shallow.

Their maximum colony diameter is about 30 cm.
