Plexaurella grisea

(Kunze 1916)
Bushy, with well spaced branches, coming mostly from the base of the colony, mostly dichotomously and with branching occurring along the lengths of the branches.

It has coarse and firm branches. As with other members of the genus, its calice apertures are strongly oval.
